Their return policy is limited. I bought a chin strap. I had to open the flimsy plastic bag to try it on. Got itchy from the material. The CPAP won’t accept return since the bag was open. Could have saved my $18 and get a chin strap from Amazon for a half the price and return it if it doesn’t work out.

With reference to this dispute I have furnished you with the information. I received, returned (with their RMA),furnished you with tracking number and tracking informationshowing when the item was returned to them. I still have not received my refund of $83.50 and I want it NOW if not within the next few days, I will have not other choicesbut to supply my information to the BBB for their help in this matter. I've bought from them twice before, no problems at all. But not this time. I cannot log in, website will not accept my password (same password that has always worked before). After numerous attempts, I reset password. As I fill my cart, one item continually locks up my computer, will not load. OK, forget the cleaning solution. I try to check out, no success. I know the problem isn't my payment info. Repeated error message. OK, maybe it's my computer, I'll try on a second computer in my home. Same issues, items won't load, won't accept my new password that I literally just reset. OK, I guess you don't want my business anymore. Suit yourself, I'll buy elsewhere.

Ordered a Cpap Mask Sept 7th, created an account to order the mask. After ordering would I did not get any acknowledgement Email that it was ordered, no kind of the order was placed and no tracking by Sept 15th I called The Cpap Shop and told them cancel the order, that I wanted a refund and went to Paypal and asked for a refund. Later that day Sept 15 Cpap I ordered showed up so, I called and asked for a return. They gave me a RMA # and I sent it back, and they received it Sept 19th. As of today Oct 21st I have not received a refund, over one month! This was reference to order # 1968345387 RMA # 1853.

Very diligent and thorough. Refunded me immediately for a machine I ordered by mistake, and the correct machine that I subsequently ordered arrived less than one week later. Excellent customer service. Email frequency could be less, however.
