I had ordered the dynasty series 8" cooking knife for Christmas, but it got lost in the mail. Even though it wasn't their fault they made it right and sent me one that I did receive before Christmas. I've been using my knife set for 3 months and I am in love! The knives are so well balanced, comfortable to use and most importantly....still SO SHARP. Also, The Cooking Guild has created an incredible community which is so inclusive and provides such delicious recipes!
