The Chain Gang Tracking Order Status

This is probably the company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered (worse than Comcast or Spirit Airlines). They just suck. They don't make any effort to be helpful. Website sucks as products lack enough details such as size of threads, etc. When you point this out to the losers who run this site they just reply with snarkiness -- no attempt to reasonably explain or make things right. The Chain Gang is run by Neanderthals. That's being generous. Stay away from this company. They suck!

Truly a horrid company. Was buying something but didn’t know the size but in big text on the page it say’s don’t know your size? No worries we will exchanre it. No problem. Then i get it and its the wrong size. I try to return and they want to charge me a $10 restocking fee!!! How misleading. On top of that their customer service is non-existent. Avoid this despicable company there are better websites out there.

Accused of not returning a 30 cent allen wrench with order and charged $7 for it. Crooks

They were absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. My problem was more so the post office but they refused to believe me or help me when I said I didn’t get my mail even asking if my roommate signed for it. I don’t have a roommate and even if I did why would I tell the company first I didn’t get it before asking my roommate? I could keep going on but I don’t want to waste any more of my time like they have already done this past month.

The jewellery they sell, is pretty much as everyone else sells, they are just marketers. Lately I have found their shipping and handling to be excessive, moistly I feel is blamed on the Covid situation, but is that genuine or just a chance to make more money. I have found exactly the same items available from others on the internet, generally for a lot cheaper and from suppliers that offer FREE shipping. More than happy to submit my surgical steel item for an independent assessment as to whether it is inferior quality as claimed by The Chain Gang.
