Their negotiation skills were impressive, ensuring I got a fantastic deal on my new home.

I signed up for the CE Shop, lured by the positive reviews, paying $189 for a 6-month course package. Due to my personal commitments—running two businesses, caring for my family, supporting a mother with cancer, and fulfilling community obligations—I barely had time to start one of the three courses. Now, they're demanding $207 for a 90-day extension, which is more than I originally paid for six months! How is that reasonable? They claim to be transparent, but that’s a blatant lie. Nowhere did they clearly highlight how much more they'd charge for extensions, and they flood the site with constant upsells whenever I log in. It's bait-and-switch at its finest—give you a "trial" and then squeeze you for more money when your time runs out. Customer service is also completely unhelpful, offering nothing but canned responses. Despite explaining my circumstances, I was brushed off with standard excuses. Their so-called transparency? Nonexistent. I'm now using Aceable, and it's far superior and cheaper. The app is still too glitchy, but using the website on mobile works great (just be sure to scroll to the bottom to answer your questions).
