The Bouqs Company Tracking Order Status

Great offer through T-Mobile Tuesdays to save significantly on the flowers and the high shipping cost. I am taking a chance here sending a Fern to my Mom for Mother's Day. I have sent her Bouqs flowers over the past several years and she has indicated the last Bouqs arrived poorly and didn't last as in years past. Fingers crossed! The T-Mobile Tuesdays selection is limited and doesn't include everything that Bouqs sells. Don't get sloppy Bouqs, if you want to retain customers!

I loved your selection and the fact that the flowers arrived fresh and on time! I was disappointed the variety of colors in the photo I paid for was no where near the same variety. Also the $25 delivery fee, too high for the already high price of a bouquet.

Disappointing! I ordered deluxe with 48 stems under ‘buttercream’ but only small 24 stems bouquet was delivered. I wonder what happened to my order!!!! Granted it is a beautiful bouquet, but I felt cheated on the quantity. Disappointing!

I was under the impression from the front page I would get 20 percent off on this order but when I put in the code I was one number off. I went back and tried to find the correct code it was no longer on the page! I am super disappointed

The site is easy to use, convenient by having PayPal as an additional payment option. The flowers I've received previously were beautifully packed for protection and lasted well since they were not yet fully bloomed. I have been most pleased by the fact you get what is pictured rather than substitution often made by other services.
