The Bottle Club Tracking Order Status

Ordering and choice are absolutely spot on .. however the tracking and delivery dates are non existent… I was happy with everything but not knowing when to expect my order only deserving of 2 stars … use another courier !

I purchased my items from Bottle club unfortunately the delivery company DPD lost one of my parcel and with other packages the items were leaking when I received my goods. I had to wait 14 days for reply and finally I was given a choice of replacement or refund. Bottle club is a good company but the delivery firm they use is very careless. I was very surprised that this time the replacement I received without any further problems.
