Blueground Tracking Order Status

Upon move-in, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the Blueground staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful via the app, for any queries I had.

We rented at the Cole on the UES for about 5 weeks while our floors were being replaced on the UWS. The apartment was clean, had nice views, was exactly as advertised. The unit came with cleaning materials for the high end laundry appliance and dishwasher, as well as soaps/etc fo bathrooms and kitchen, as well as a box of snacks and drinks. The building stafff was nice and particularly helpful, and didn’t ignore becuase we were only going to be around five weeks. The building owner/manager-Stonehenge-seemed to have a good relationship with Blueground which was important because I wanted to avoid an illegal sublet type situation eg airbnb.. Staff was attentive and responsive. Blueground was somewhat responsive to maintenance requests but much easier to ask building super/staff yourself. I think Blueground has an EXCELLENT product.

I started renting from Blueground last October 2022 in Dubai, due to project extension I kept extending my contract up to April 2023. The apartment was fine and clean however the price follows the market trend and therefore the monthly cost has doubled by the end I managed to find a similar service from a competitor in a more reasonable price. So please be aware that the price blueground states is not exactly correct. In addition to this frustration, the blueground team seems very engaged to get you signing the next contract but after that the support falls a bit on the poor side. Cleaning services are payed separately and when checking out, Blueground deducted the last service which I have paid and prove to them that I have done so with no response. Finally, the deposit return, please pay attention to the extra costs of the transfers as all of this will be deducted from your account. In conclusion, property was fine but Blueground takes the money business seriously and is not here to give you any favours.

We rented an apartment for four months in Paris. I was a little hesitant to use this service because I was required to pay all of the rent up front plus a security deposit. I was also concerned after reading several negative reviews here. The unit was even better than we expected based on the video tour. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the BlueGround staff were very responsive and communicative. We received a refund of the security deposit without any problem. We would definitely rent from BlueGround in Paris again.
