The Bay Tracking Order Status

I enjoyed lunch in the Hudson Bay. There was a wide variety of choice, great service & lovely seating in conservatory area.

Shipping, etc was actually quite quick for me. What really bothered me was the fact that the duvet cover set looked like a washed out, old version of what I ordered. The product had none of the vibrancy and colour of what I thought I ordered, based on the picture provided to me. As a result, I will be sticking to Winners from now on as this set was entirely overpriced, despite being on sale.

On the 28th July, I placed an order, it did not go through Hence My gift card for $603 was used up My Reward points for $244 were used up My account was charged $57 all three have been used and Gift Card and Reward points show a $0 balance. I am a very regular customer, and this is really very upsetting, Now I do not know when they will be reversed, and i will lose the 25% discount which ends on Sunday the 30th. Besides, maybe some items i like might become out of stock. This is very disturbing for me. And i am extremely upset. I called on the 29th evening and spoke to THANDO who told me they will automatically be reversed. BUT WHEN. PLEASE REINSTATE ALL THE AMOUNTS DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY, Hudson's Bay Case #12766418 Got an email that everything will reversed in 24 to 48 hours, still waiting, nothing has been done.
