The Rugs Tracking Order Status

What a great customer service team. I needed to return my rug as the colour didn’t quite go once it arrived. They sorted this so quickly. They let me pick a day for someone to collect. I didn’t even have to leave the house. It was returned quickly and money refunded without a single issue. Would definitely recommend.

I have purchased two rugs from The Rugs. Both times I have received a fantastic service, with delivery being the next working day (for free!). Honestly couldn’t fault them. The rugs were both great quality and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Great price for 2 coir door mat inserts , much cheaper than Amazon or eBay’s & also free shipping . Good quality product ,therefore we would definitely recommend regarding our experience 👍🏻

Excellent Company. Would Recommend. Rugs arrived within 2 days during the Christmas period. Only unsuitable because they did not suit the room. A previous rug ordered earlier in the year for another room was beautiful. E mailed requesting a return and it was answered within an hour (on Christmas Eve!). Collection arranged for 3 days later. Free delivery and free returns. No label required. Don't need original packaging. I will reorder after Christmas as I know that I can trust this Company. Would recommend.

Delivered free in a day, looks just like the picture on website, exactly what I was looking for. Really pleased with it, layed flat straight away, no faffing about trying to get ends down, would definitely recommend, can’t review on longevity as only received today
