We purchased a present for a family members birthday and unfortunately Evri lost the parcel! I contacted The Laser Boutique and Philip was absolutely amazing, he sent out a new item asap and even called me up to check double check the address and ask if I wanted to send the parcel through a different company. The product itself - personalised small flower planter was beautifully made and the personalisation engraving was very well done - it was delivered in the timescales to my sisters address and carefully packaged. I had a slight problem in that the planting kit I ordrrred with it was not delivered but that was very swiftly resolved with the company rep checking in with me to make sure it was received - a great experience and would highly recommend this company
