Transport For Wales Tracking Order Status

Pay rise? To hell with that. Being paid too much money to do too little. The Queen Street Station staff especially. Paid for standing doing nothing. The public toilets are disgraceful. As for TFW staff in general, they need to learn good manners!!

Late every day..disgraceful service. Think they can hide tfw and not transport for wales. Can’t complain in their own website now either.

I missed my connection to Newport on Friday 28th April 2023. It was getting late, I was very tired already from travelling and anxious that I needed to be in Bangor for a certain time. A customer ambassador called Ceri was absolutely brilliant! I can’t thank him enough. He very quickly made me feel calm and supported me to find another connection which meant I could continue my journey in good time. What a lovely, lovely, supportive, kind and friendly man. We even had a good chat. Thank you so much Ceri you helped me enormously and I can’t thank you enough. What a fabulous service!

We just met a very helpful and friendly member of staff at Hereford Train Station.. My wife and I were using our senior railcards for the first time .. Imogen went above and beyond helping us with tech issues.. she was so patient .. she's a wonderful ambassador for TFW.. give her a massive wage rise.. she deserves it
