Pointless downloading the app, when it asks for authentication with my club card. When you can't see the number. I already have points on the app. Asking your colleague is like butting your head against a brick wall.

I shopped at tesco last weekend and I bought meat. I checked the meat that I got and it was fine. But when I got home, the meat is smelly. I'm not sure if the meat that I originally picked was switched. I will be more vigilant next time I shop there.

Went to shop at my usual Tesco supermarket the other day and was served by a lovely lady called Devinaigy. She very kindly told me I should look at my app for vouchers which I had never been made aware of. Because I never knew about them I was able to get £55 off my shop which was incredibly helpful in these tough times. Thank you Devinaigy! Also I’d like to say all the staff are just so friendly and calm, it makes for a very kind and happy shopping experience.

I lost my debit card. I last remember using it in a Tesco store. When I tried to phone Tesco’s lost property, I expected to be in a queue - no problem - I had a book to read while I waited. Instead, because no-one was free to answer. I had to go through the tedious business of being cut off, redialling, going through the menu, over and over again, only to find no-one was free, every time until I couldn’t take it any more! What a *Dreadful*, *Frustrating* *Waste* of time! If the staff can't answer every call immediately, I completely understand, but reading a book while I wait is a million times less frustrating than constantly redialling and trudging through the menu to get absolutely nowhere! Maybe they think you can come back later with your question. No! All the time that card was missing someone could be robbing me because it's too easy to pay by contactless means with no pin, so I needed to know a.s.a.p. so I could ask the bank to block the card! What a waste of an afternoon! I *hate* companies that think that putting all the standard answers to standard questions is enough, and no-one needs to contact them about an individual problem. Neither do chatbots help - they are frustratingly stupid! So I tried to submit a complaint. Could I do it? No! Tesco has one of those websites that send you round and round in circles getting nowhere. Finally it asked for feedback, so I gave it one star, and it asked me to explain why. I did so, but it stated that while all feedback would be read, there would be no individual responses. For that I had to follow a link, and I couldn’t submit my response *and* follow the link – it had to be one or the other. Hence I went round in circles again so I could follow the link and hopefully make a complaint that would elicit a response. And where did it get me? Back to a page I’d already seen too much of, with *No* facilities to make a complaint! So I don’t know which is worse – their phone system or their “complaints” system! They would of course have had one star, not two, but I’m not overlooking all the friendly helpful staff I meet in store. No problems with actual shopping, so long as you never have to ring them up or complain about anything!!!

Visit the Cleethorpes Tesco. Great team was happy with the service.
