Territory Ahead Tracking Order Status

I love the clothes they have but to place an order for $25 and be charged $12 shipping is really ridiculous...thus the reason I have stopped buying from them unless the deal is great!!

Territory Ahead behaves like they are a premium brand. And with casual pants at $149 they should be premium, but they are not. I purchased a pair of pants because they had the color and fit I was looking for. The website did not have detailed sizing information in terms of the garment's measurements. No information about actual garment sizings like the pant's front rise, or back rise. They talked a lot about how many pockets it had. I took a shot. The pants technically fit me but were uncomfortable. The size wasn't the problem. It was the construction and cut of the garment. In trying to return them for a refund, the "returns" page said to use the return label enclosed in my package. I did not receive one in my package. The only option is to call or email. I like documentation so I emailed; only then was I given the "secret link" to start the return process. And I would be charged for the return costs. All premium brands I buy from do not make the consumer pay for return postage, not at those prices. I would NOT recommend this brand, and they don't have great customer service like many competing brands.

They handled my order well, but I'll never order from them again. Once you're in the system, you get a catalog every two or three months. Try as you may, you will not get them to stop sending them. You can plead with them over the phone again and again and phone agents will promise to do what they can, you can ask CatalogChoice.org to put in your request. Nothing will stop those catalogs from coming.

I want to rereview territory ahead. Six months ago I wrote a one star review for their site and service. I gave them another chance and was shocked how well improved they are. I ordered 2 different items at different times and they arrived in 1 or 2 days. They deserve another chance from the disappointed customers. I did and was gladly surprised. Thank you, Michael

I've had the same experience as another customer trying to stop catalogs. Tried calling many times, going online, etc. The claim you might get a couple more, but they never sop coming. I hate the horrible waste of trees.
