Really good company and customer service. I ordered two of the same t-shirts by mistake so emailed them and they changed it for another one and refunded the difference. Very happy with the overall service. Will definitely use again.

I didn’t actually order something but this company 100% gets my vote for empathy somebody used my card detail to order stuff from their site within an hour of me emailing them I got a response that they’d located the order cancelled it and refunded my money something I thought was going to be impossible! I can’t thankyou guys enough for the empathy you showed me when I came to you with the issue I was facing especially without the order number! Nothing short of amazed thankyou from the bottom of my heart 🙌🏻

I don't normally bother with reviewing but I feel this company deserves some slack tbh. Ordered a Barbour overshirt on Monday evening,standard royal delivery. Received despatched email on Wednesday. Arrived this morning Friday 9th. I can't fault terraces menswear. This is my personal opinion on my own experience. I will Order again really pleased with the whole experience thanks all. David.
