My tentree package was stolen from my building lobby. I reached to explain situation. Once I had provided the details and explained how it was out of my control. They resolved the issue for me. Replacing my order. Honestly quality of customer care was unreal!! So so happy with outcome. The customer service is as good as the quality of clothing! Highly recommend to anyone

I bought 6 of the mystery boxes, most of them were great, but one had the ugliest, largest pants. Obviously they are unable to sell them so they throw them in the box. I am not disappointed in the quality of the items, but in their customer service and their unwillingness to do anything to help. These are Christmas gifts and now I can't use this one box. Their response to me was to give it to charity, which is what they should have done and sent me a replacement.
