Tena UK Tracking Order Status

These were very comfortable. I have used them for travelling for years. But, in the name of fashion rather than function, which is what they are advertised to be, the design has changed. The bottom is cut narrower and they no longer stay in place. Additionally, the edges of the legs are no longer padded and the sharp fabitc rubs the skin sore. This is very poor quality and now unwearable.

I mistook Tena pants for period pants and immediately after ordering I emailed to cancel. They proceeded later the next day to still send the parcel. I asked how I can return for a refund and after a lot of back and forth via email they said to reject the parcel at the door so I did. It then took over 2 weeks to arrive back with them and the refund has only just been issued 3 weeks after I ordered. I completely know it’s my fault for ordering the wrong item. However the customer service via email hasn’t been helpful at all.

Tena pants I did find were very good expecially with my condition, they put their prices up so much and brought the quality down ,they change them that now their so poor there fall apart when putting them on ,they don't now stay up they roll back down,their so thin now ,also don't stay in shape where u need them ,they need to go back to the way they were,absolutely disgraceful to charge so much ,for such poor quality now ,

Your new Silhouette incontinence pants are breaking up after just a short while. Just not holding together and therefore does not feel safe which is the whole point of buying them. Very disappointed. I am now trying to find the old style. Vivien Barnett

I am writing a review of the tena slips I like the tena slips but the down side to the tena slips is the top stickers tapes have to be tightly then the bottom stickers tapes but the good side of the tena slips there hold lost of urine and lost of solid and I wear the tena slips 24,7 days and nights and I wear the tena pull ups 24,7 days and nights and I would not use any brand of pull ups pads and slips
