Hey everyone that is trying to use Tel3. For a while I was having problems trying to put money on my account and couldn't get a answer on the phone to tel3. Apparently they are having some little issues but they are getting corrected. I had emailed them and they have returned my call and they have fixed my situation and I am so happy and they put money on my account and now I can call everywhere I want to. Thank you Kerry for getting in touch with me. I really appreciate that very much. I have been a customer with Tel3 for 4 or 5 years . They are the best. And this is my first review I've done on anything. But I feel they deserve for people to see that even though it's taken time, they are working on fixing their problem and getting in touch with whoever tried to get in touch with them. Thanks Tel3 your awesome.

The Agent for Tel3 I spoke to today was simply GREAT. I have had help from him previously for a problem wuth Tel3 and today I was fortunate enough to receive his help again. I had a few problems with Tel3 and he SOLVED them again. I was goib3g to ask for a refund - but he put me right back on track. My unfortunate review led to a call from Kary, who apologized and reset my account. I'd thought I made a call within 12 months, but his records showed otherwise. It's vital to put something in your date book to remind you if you haven't used the service in awhile to make even a one minute call to keep the account going. Kary was caring and I appreciate his follow-through. I must say, Tel 3 was always a great service -- even allowed fax calls at one time -- but, as always with price changes, the calls have gone up, so they're offering a bargain at the moment to recharge for $10 and you get fifty or sixty bucks more, don't remember. It's unfortunate one has to go through this process to get results, but it worked. Kary assures me he is getting the staff reorganized, so that service calls will be answered in a timely manner.
