TekMat Tracking Order Status

They charge your card, and weeks later have an excuse as to why it hasn't shipped yet. Then they say it will take 21 days for a refund. As far as I'm concerned, and the State that I'm from, this is fraud. I filed a complaint with our attorney general, and had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered a tekmat from them, after ten days of processing, I called them, and they stated that they were out of stock, even though they'd already charged my card (which is fraud in my state). They "supposedly issued a refund a week ago". Just spoke with them, and they said that it takes 21 days to issue a refund. Bull$!*!
