Teezily Tracking Order Status

I ordered four shirts as a birthday present on April 13th. On April 25th, when they arrived, I found one of poor quality, so I immediately reached out. The response was swift, and I was assured it would be sent to be reprinted. Unfortunately, it is now May 12th, five days passed the birthday that it was supposed to be a gift for, and it is still in "print job in progress" status. I reached out to customer service on Wednesday, May 10th, and never got a reply, so I reached out again today.

Die Lieferung ging recht schnell aber das Tank Top ist viel kleiner als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Somit nicht nutzbar. Ich warte seit Tagen auf eine Reaktion um eine Retoure abzuwickeln. Aber es rührt sich nichts.

Ordered a t-shirt but the street address was omitted so it never arrived. After contacting them they sent a second shipment. All is well.

A bit of a doubles edged thing here. I have gotten five t-shirts with album cover print. They are all great quality. But one thing puzzles me, and that is how new websites arrive and disappear all the time. My first order was from Monashirts. But just after I received my three shirts, the Monashirts.com website disappeared and was later replaced with a new site selling entirety different shirts. Currently I have received two t-shirts while two ordered at the same time are still in print and have been for a long time. Those were ordered from molatee.shop, which doesn't exist anymore or at least has no content. Instead the same kind of wear is appearing at liamtee.shop. This confusing www behaviour makes me wonder, and also makes me wonder if I will ever receive those two shirts I have ordered from the now seemingly defunct Molatee site.

The follow up was great, thank you
