Tech Sofa Tracking Order Status

In summer 2024 travelled to techsofa which was 3 hours drive due to having severe rheumatoid arthritis wanted to phisical check the sofas, sofas perfect and very very sensibly priced end up buying 3 sets of sofas for home which was under renovation at time of purchase the manager and staff absolutely brilliant were very helpful regarding delivery as renovation kept getting delayed finally after about 7 months sofas were delivered as requested. Sofas all set up and working by company Absolutely brilliant service Sofas beautiful very very comfortable for my condition Prior to purchasing these sofas tried many sofa centres none compared like these for price and comfortability Highly recommend

Purchased a 2 and 3 seater sofa. 2 seater is great. 3 seater showed faults within weeks. I refused 3 seperate repairs and a new one was sent. Had the new one 6 months and have similar issues.. Warranty has said repair but not heard a thing since and that was a month ago. Chased a few days ago and still not heard anything.

i was looking for a while for these tech sofas so i ordered a Series five corner group and a chair, all i can say its an absolute beast and love it. looked round the other retail stores where im from and i was upto £8,000 for the same thing. Delivery lads were sound and talked me through everything on the sofa.

Just got delivery of my series 3 corner group and 2 seater with the technology unit. So happy with it. We phoned head office to check up on a few things about delivery and the customer service people said that the company was sold in January this year and that i was speaking to the new company and the new the customer service team who were very helpful. I would order again.

Very unsure about buying our 7 series. Not seeing it or trying it but it is absolutely amazing very comfortable heating seats fantastic. The sofa speakers were fine easy to connect sounded better than we expected. If there’s one thing that might be improved is the cup holders don’t allow mugs with a handle not a big issue. Honestly could not be better.
