Technics Tracking Order Status

Su-r1000 is the best invention from Technics ever! But why is it that you then can´t hear a proper demo of it in any countries demo store? (my own home can give a demo that is 10x better than what I heard at any show or store where they sold it) A total joke. And they can´t tell me when I can buy the mk2 version, which also is annoying. But yeah I like the product a lot, so I can´t really complain, or can I?

I bought a pair of Technics EAH-AZ60E-K earbuds in the summer of 2023. In less than 4 months, the left earbud faulted. I first contacted Technics UK & Ireland Support on 14th November 2023. They got back to me the following day asking for additional information. I then provided what they requested and have not had a response to this yet. I have followed this up multiple times. The only response I have had was another customer support adviser stating they had not received the information requested? Which had already been sent on 17.11.23. I then had to resubmit the information requested. This was on 12th December 2023. Today is almost a month since and I am still being completely ignored by Technics. I am a regular user of Technics products and have been for over 30 years. This level of customer service is absolutely disgraceful and not one that I would expect from such a reputable brand!!

Jeg har lige købt en Technics SL-100CEG pladespiller og udstyret den med en Ortofon 2M Bronze. I de 40 år, jeg har været HiFi-sindssyg har jeg haft 15-20 pladespillere (4 af dem fra Technics) og mange flere pickupper i kampen om at få den lyd, der i MINE ører er naturtro og ægte. Mange af mine tidligere kombinationer har kostet laaaangt over 20.000. SL-100 og Ortofon 2M Bronze koster ca. 10.000 og slår dem alle i musikalitet og præcision i mit anlæg, som består af en totalrenoveret Luxman 430 forstærker, en Thule CD100 og et vanvittigt fedt sæt System Audio SA Pandion 20 højttalere. Så hvis du ligesom jeg elsker 70-80'ernes bedste forstærkeres musikalske gengivelse i kombination med den ofte mere analytiske klang fra moderne pladespillere/pickupper og højttalere, kan jeg VARMT anbefale kombinationen af Technics SL-100CEG, Ortofon 2M Bronze og SA Pandion.

Tijdloos design. Krachtige en onverwoestbare magneet drive. Mijn 1210 MK2's zijn misschien wel het beste apparaten die ik ooit heb aangeschaft. Alleen de 1200 vind ik nog net een tikkie mooier :)
