TechInTheBasket UK Tracking Order Status

After reading mixed reviews I thought I would take a gamble and ordered a OnePlus 12, I got a email to say they received payment and that was it. After a week and hearing nothing and seeing negative reviews I started to get nervous on the 9th day I got a text to say my phone will be arriving within the hour. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the only reason this isn't a 5 star review was just the lack of communication. Everything else I am happy with and will be ordering again

All good. Arrived within the time frame. Took about 3 days to despatch with no real updates and then, when sent, a tracking number which is just for the UK portion of the delivery when the item comes from the Far East. This then looks like the item isn't progressing when, in reality, it is. Item arrived within time frame; about 6 working days from despatch. Item is a Far Eeast model (not UK) and does not have certain features inc ESIM function, but other than that functions just fine and totally as described. The seals were broken and replaced with their own 'so not accept if broken' version stuck over the broken original seals. This is so the phone can be de-regioned at their end. The phone is, however, new and spotless. The price is significantly less than the buying in the UK so is a recommended way of getting a good deal. Buy with confidence.

I've bought 3 phones from this site and all 3 have arrived in around 1 week. I've only had good experiences with this site and would recommend it to anyone. The customer service email isn't the fastest to respond but it was less than 24 hours the only time I needed to contact them and that was to ask to make a change to my order. Bought S24 Ultra beat everyone else on price and delivered within 5days kept up to date with my order no issues whatsoever have used before once previously which was A samsung watch which took little bit longer to arrive but again no problems so would definitely highly recommend TITB and would not hesitate to use again!

This was my first purchase from techinthebasket and i can say now, it won't be my last, ordered a Oneplus 12 at an amazing price on a Monday, delivered on the Friday. Whats better is that it was a china only model with more ram and storage than the UK model of the same phone and around £200 cheaper as well, can't be beat! If you order from this site you won't be disappointed, they answered 2 emails I sent promptly and DPD tracking advice was sent 2 days after the order was placed, great service, recommend
