These guys are great. Firstly for their products and secondly for their support throughout and they deliver on any repairs if required. I bought a Surface Pro some while ago, I decided it wasn't the GB I needed. Easily manged to exchange for a higher GB model for a few extra quid. Then when I had a failed Windows update which resulted in me not being able to access my device they first tried online support but eventually I had to send them my device which they sorted and out and delivered back to me in no time. I bought a refurbished Thinkpad X260 with Techbuyer. The website provided clear enough information on the grade and specifications of the laptop. There is a 3 yr warranty. It arrived next day, via DPD, in the condition advertised (good). The battery is in good order (4+ hrs). The keyboard is in good working order (no sticky keys) and clean. I would recommend.
