I LOVE TeaVivre!!!! The teas are fantastic, delicious and well packaged, even the ones arriving from China. Everything is well thought out and worth the price. My favorites are Dragon Pearls with jasmine, but it's nice to venture out and try something new now and then. I've always had good service and never a problem. Thank you TeaVivre!!

Great website for tea lovers Diversity: 10/10 User experience: 10/10 Delivery: 8/10 My background - Recent tea enthusiast who got into Puerh tea 2 years ago. - Gong fu style most of the time - Decided to expand my horizon by trying more puerhs ant other types: oolong, white tea, dragon well, etc). Review Diversity: 10/10 - Great selection of teas - Great amount of details on each item - includes instructions (for Gong Fu drinkers as well) - Allows samples: as I'm trying to form my tasting palate, the website was extremely helpful with offering to order samples for each item. Ended up ordering more than 60 samples. User experience: 10/10 - Great customer support: they will get back to you very quickly if you have any problems (had a problem with the payment) Delivery: 9/10 - Had no problems with my orders (around 5 now) - Great packaging: I've also ordered some teaware which arrived safely and with safe packaging - The only drawback is the missing tracking for Standard delivery (around 2 weeks). However, it's not a problem to me - TeaVivre always follows up with checking if the were any problems with the order. Great website to shop for tea

Second order from TeaVivre and it was a success! I ordered a medium sized tea tray and a 100g cake of Menghai 2013 Ripened Puerh. Both were from the US warehouse so they arrived quickly and with no problems. Mary at Customer Service was very responsive, though they don’t always send the domestic tracking numbers automatically — you might have to ask for them.
