I haven't bought anything from here but my sister has. She bought the midnights Cardigan for 100 euros. The cardigan was bad quality and my 10 euro fake cardigan were better quality. And i had my sweater in my cart and i was about to pay when it just said: Item out of stock which made me really angry. Pls make the webside better

Customer service is seriously lacking. They state they are understaffed.. which I am empathetic to the employees. But whoever is running this facility needs to hire more people!! How can you not expect her store to be busy?? She is Taylor Swift! The merch pop queen! Merch is packages carelessly, items received damaged, items received missing, wrong items shipped... They gave refunds for delayed orders, but what about fixing the problem. Hire more people! Quit putting merch online in February meanwhile people havent received their orders from October!!! It should not take 4+ months for domestic shipping... And it takes weeks for a response from the customer service department.

OMG what is going on? This is the only way to order official Taylor Swift merchandise. We have ordered several times before and have received our merchandise, though sometimes late. I ordered on November 23, 4 items which I was charged immediately for. I paid for 2 days shipping since it said they would not ship till December 15. My son also ordered on November 24, 1 item, which was received within a few weeks. My order still remains unfulfilled. I received a very nice email from the person supposedly in charge of the store on December 24. Many apologies, agreed unacceptable that Christmas gifts were not received, money would be refunded and items shipped and I would see movement of my items on December 26. Here it is December 29 and still remains on site as unfulfilled. I trusted this store as the only official store for Taylor Swift merchandise, have always fulfilled previous orders, I am truly not sure what to think at this point. I believe Miss Swift should get involved and find out why so many of her fans are being disappointed. Of course, my granddaughters still want their items so we are waiting it out. No refund yet, but I am not sure when I have to declare fraud to my credit card company. Please update if you have posted a review and let us all know if anything is received. I will keep my post updated. Thank you UPDATE: I am updating my post. As of today January 9, 2024 I have received my order that was supposed to ship December 15. My full order was received and my payment was refunded. I guess they could do no more than that. I have always received everything I ordered and been satisfied with the quality, they are just sometimes slow and that was very unacceptable when you are talking about a major holiday gift. However, they did make good. Call me crazy but I have placed another order with them as my girls have a birthday coming up shortly. Hopefully this one will be received in time.
