TaylorMade Tracking Order Status

Nothing but Praise for Taylormade's customer service. Although, I have issues with the durability of both my stealth driver and my Qi10 driver, Talyormade have sent me a new driver head everytime I opened a warranty claim! Love the company!

I bought your new qi irons this spring, love them. I got my first hole in one of my life at Blackstone Golf course in Morango IL. It was also the best round of my life, shot a 79. My name is Scott israelson. thanks 😊

Ordered a golf club next day air. 9 days later still haven't received my order. Don't buy anything from TaylorMade.

I'm encountering significant problems with my TaylorMade Iron sets. Three years ago, I purchased the Sim 2 Max club set at the PGA superstore, and now, the shafts on the 7 iron and 6 iron are breaking within weeks of each other. I was afraid that my other iron club would be broken down in the next couple of months. Despite filing a warranty claim via email, TaylorMade informed me that their policy only covers up to two years, and they won't be able to assist further. This is ridiculous that they only cover the warranty for two years for defected clubs.

I would like to let you know how valuable your employee Cory Rand is he was very helpful and extremely nice he listened to my issue and was fixed immediately I have told everyone that I know about Cory with TaylorMade. I honestly never had such a great experience with Cory upper management should definitely know how great of a job Cory Rand is doing with TaylorMade. If Cory doesn't get employee of the year something is wrong. I will find out who to call and let it be known how valuable of a employee Cory Rand is..Thank you so much Cory Rand and TaylorMade
