Tatty Devine Tracking Order Status

I've been a Tatty Devine fan for years and have had generally positive experiences with the brand. Their designs are creative and unique, and their customer service is often excellent—like when they went above and beyond to help remake a lost, sentimental necklace for me. However, there are areas for improvement, like the quality of some materials (e.g., lightweight chains) and the earring designs not being ideal for sensitive ears. Their policies can also feel a bit rigid at times. Overall, though, they’re a company that clearly cares about their customers and delivers stunning jewellery! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Charlotte and the tatty devine team were so personable and kind when I got in touch about a lost necklace that had a lot of sentimental value. The TD team offered to make me a new necklace of this design and I am so grateful to them. In my experience Tatty Devine go above and beyond and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Excellent customer Service

Love their quirky designs and after dropping my necklace on the floor and promptly breaking it, they have replaced it with a new one free of charge. Their customer service us excellent.
