I ordered original parts for my Nissan frontier 2013. They sent it to me in Europe. it was delayed for a few days, but they let me know in advance and The customer service was fast and professional. The price was dissent and the parts were original Nissan

Amy saved the day!

We urgently needed 2 rims for our car and paid over $120 in shipping because the Tasca site showed delivery by the end of the week. I checked in with the chat service to ask them to please process the order ASAP (really wish they had phone customer service) and was told the parts had to be ordered, which could take 3-8 days, and then would be shipped to me, which would take another couple of days. When your only car has 2 cracked rims, you can't wait 10 days for parts! First chat support tech was unhelpful and left me hanging for 20 minutes at a time and she finally disconnected the chat. Second chat person was better (at least she did not leave me hanging and said they'd do their best to move things along), but still said it would be at least the next week before I would get the rims. Spent 2 hours total dealing with chat support. So far, it was a 1-star experience. Until...the following morning, I got an email from Amy who said they had ordered the parts to be drop shipped directly to me from the manufacturer and they would arrive at my house in 1-3 days. Sure enough, I had the rims on my doorstep the following day, and the car was fixed by the end of the week. So a big thank you to Amy!

VIN Verification Worthless

Used VIN verification system for a seat release handle. Customer service contacted me a week later that I needed to change the part number to match the VIN I provided. Took another week and a half to actually confirm color and finally ship. Wrong part and couldn't be used. Extremely difficult getting customer service. Attempted to contact multiple times before emailed response that allowed for return. Even then I am told I need to pay for return shipping. Policy indicates if mistake is on Tasca side (VIN verification?), they would pay for shipping. Can't get any answer for why I'm having to pay for shipping. I'm done with this organization.

Website could use better live update of inventory

Ordered parts on 25th September 2022, website shows parts are in stock. My credit card was charged then a few days later i was told some parts require special order. I'm like fine, I'm not in a hurry. Its been a month now, still no update and no ETA on when the part will be shipped out. If you don't have the parts, just refund me! Update 1: Parts were finally sent out, I'll see if everything checks out and update again. Better late than never. Final update: Parts arrived safely after one month plus. It’s fine with me as some items were back ordered.

Poor shipping times and customer service

Initial impression was great prices and service. It was all downhill from there. I ordered a set of flywheel and clutch bolts with 2 day FedEx shipping. I was pretty annoyed to see they wanted 29.00 for shipping which is way more than the actual shipping cost on such a small package but I needed the parts asap. It wasn't until a day after that I received an email telling me the parts had to be special ordered and it would take an additional 3-5 days. The email also claimed I could contact them for a refund. I attempted to use live chat numerous times but kept getting pushed to email. I sent numerous emails also which were never answered. I finally received a text and email many days later and simply stating my order was shipped. In the end my need it asap 2 day order took exactly 2 weeks to show up and they had the nerve to still charge me 29 bucks for 2 day delivery. Don't be fooled by the low prices, buy somewhere else if you want customer service and decent shipping time/price.
