TalkTalk Business Broadband Tracking Order Status

Hasnath was absolutely lovely. When she first contacted me about renewing my Talk Talk business broadband I was in a bit of a state because of an accident that happened at my business causing the building to be structurally unsafe, so I was waiting on phone calls from the insurance etc. She was really understanding and said she would email me all the info (as I really wasn't taking anything in at the time). She called me back today and we got it all sorted. She really took the pressure off allowing me a few days to deal with other more pressing things, and still managed to keep the original offer for me, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Talk Talk, especially if all their employees are as lovely and as helpful as Hasnath. 😁
