First I tried the manufacture, they only offered a discount coupon. When I found out about this company was thrilled to give them a try. The shipping was easy the price was fair, the communication was unbelievable and the glasses are perfect, I no longer need to worry about dropping my glasses!

My experience with Tajima is one hundred percent the opposite of the horror show I experienced repeatedly and with an unsuccessful end with the Lensabl folks! They did a great job fillinf my prescription for progressive lenses.

Communication, product, fit and finish and how they operate should be a model for all companies. Jacob kept me informed through the process and was even willing to hold my frames until I could send a segment height measurement for them. Just got my costas back and the segment height they esitmated is spot on. So good, I sent them another pair for lenses.
