They will not accept any returns! I ordered a swimsuit for Black Friday and according to the size guide as well as other reviews, it looked like I should order a small. Well, the small was so small I could not even pull it up past my hips. I then read other reviews from recently and other people were saying there is something wrong with the sizing. So I went to try to exchange it for another size, and they do not do exchanges, only store credit! Since I bought it for the Black Friday sale, I cannot get another size without paying 100 more dollars. It almost feels like they used Black Friday to get rid of faulty products they cannot usually sell, and now I have 50 dollars of "store credit" that I can't use to buy anything on the site because everything costs over $100. Such a waste of money.

Loved this brand for almost two years. Had 4 pieces from 2023 and they were amazing quality. Thick fabric, strong stitching, heavy and good quality YKK zippers. My most recent order has not been the same though. Theyve swapped the zipper out with a cheap one that snags out of the package, doesn’t lay flat, and is half the weight of my other zippered suit. The fabric itself is also way lighter and cheaper feeling and doesn’t have the same sucking-in effect as my older suits. The dress I ordered from them is a thin, almost see through in the light, jersey material that doesn’t reflect the price of the garment. Really disappointed in the downhill ta3 seems to be going on. All my old pieces are absolutely fantastic but the new ones are lacking the quality and weight that I associated with this brand and I think they are falling dangerously close to fast fashion quality with these latest releases while keeping prices the same. Slow down on the designs and bring back the quality! The new zippers are so disappointing, it is a $180 suit!

No returns, no exchanges, only store credit AND they take a cut for "shipping and processing". All hidden in the fine print, because their Return Policy has a million stipulations so tons of items and offers don't qualify. They get to advertise an amazing Return Policy while secretly screwing you over and giving you a pathetic amount of store credit EVEN when THEY'RE AT FAULT AND THEIR ITEM WAS FAULTY.

Terrible terrible company! Be warned! I was corresponding with them on email and they kept passing me to people who could not help and did not know anything about the company or products. Waste of time and very frustrating! Then I received my order but it was not the correct size. I went through the same frustrating email back and forth until finally I received a return label. I mailed it back and never received my refund. I finally circled back and realized I still had not received a refund. I emailed again and they basically said they messed up and forgot to refund me and they finally did. The issue I have is what if I hadn’t noticed- I guess I would never have received my money. They also didn’t seem to care what a big deal that could be. Terrible company!

No miracles for us. We bought this suit for my wife after a long period of contemplation, I finally pulled the trigger after seeing all the videos and testimonials. The fit was right as she usually falls right between small and medium and the measurements said to order a small which fit good. The material feels top notch and works as advertised,however, these suits will do very little for you if you carry your extra weight around your mid section. My wife who was thin her entire life put on extra weight after child birth mainly in her mid section, the suit just moved everything from the front to the back and created a crevice down her spine, not very flattering. I will say it did "snatch" her waistline a small amount but not as much as we were hoping and at the expense of the crevice at the back. We're confident these suits will do great things for you if you are starting out with that hourglass shape or have most of your extra weight on your hips. Returns were extremely easy.
