Sylvane Tracking Order Status

I purchased an appliance and it was defective, for returns Sylvane used to allow this to be processed directly under accounts with the order, now you have to file for a return, contact chat (because they never reply via email) to get a label. The entire process took so long, then you have to let them know it's back at their warehouse. Overall, they've gone downhill. Such a hassle.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled an order because of a delay in shipping. 2 days after cancelling they shipped them anyway, now I have to pay to return them. Worst part, they have been completely unhelpful in the return process and I still have the units 2 weeks later. Order your stuff directly from Senville
