Phone was answered promptly (no irritating music!) and the member of staff was most helpful.She got back to me exactly when she said she would and guided m through the payment...brilliant!

It's a very easy site to book holidays on. Straightforward transactions. Very clear information about the houses and areas.

Beautiful location, close to a lovely beach with a lovely woodland walk at the back of the property a great location for exploring Anglesey. The property itself was very clean and spacious with everything you needed. The garden was loverly, enclosed and spacious with an added bonus of a hot tub our dog loved it. The owner made us feel really welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this property and location

There's an advertised phone number but you can't speak to anyone and are told to use the live chat function. There's no one there to answer it and told to message via What's App and there's no response. So communication wise I'd say this is an epic fail.

We have booked with sykes for several years and have always had lovely cottages. The booking and payment process is fast and efficient as is the final arrangements before the holiday.
