Everyone, I went to the Sunshine Sydney Tools store today and Daniel offered to assist. I was looking for a replacement Ego Whipper Snipper and Daniel spent time with me to explain the different option packages and enquired about my preferences and needs. The end result was I bought a larger blend of tools, selected the best package for me and Daniel soundly explained options and what I would need. In stores like this where I am out of my depth, I really require professional impartial guidance and Daniel excelled. Very impressed with the outcome and the welcoming style and depth of knowledge.

Went and bought a pressure washer. They got it off. The shelf was not even in the box. Then the next day I went to a job and no part for the pressure. Washer had to go all the way back and get my money back. That's the second time it's happened to me. Will not be shopping there again
