Swoon Editions Tracking Order Status

First time buying from Swoon, Kir table arrived very nicely packed, had some issues with frame (arrived with marks on the frame) so contacted Swoon, they where extremely helpful into trying to resolve the issue, issue was fully resolved quickly, happy with purchase but will add that I was expecting a pretty high quality table at this price, a little disappointed at the quality at this price point, the marble top is very nice, I think quality control needs to be looked into, this particular table is maybe over priced for what you get, over all happy though

Delivery matched the lead time at point of sale. Quality of the item was decent although there was a component that wasn't screwed in place at all. Customer Support were helpful and offered a partial refund which was satisfactory. Overall a good experience with Swoon.
