Swinnerton Cycles Tracking Order Status

Ordered a headset which was listed as in stock, I called ahead to ensure it was in stock, it wasn't, it needed to be sent in from supplier. The guy there gave me an estimated delivery date and true to his word was delivered in the time frame. It was the best price I could find for the item. Had I not called ahead I would have been wondering why it took over a week to receive, which is the only reason they dropped a star.

I was a bit wary of placing an order due to some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. It took a little longer than expected to deliver (a couple of days), but when I emailed to ask they got straight back to me and were bang on with their estimate. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Excellent customer service and a great selection of merchandise. Highly recommend based upon a great experience I had for a difficult to find part.
