Swimsuits For All Tracking Order Status

I have bought these tankini for a few years now and always have loved them. Now you have a 15.99 sale and they are all alot smaller then the ones I bought before. Is this why they was 15.99? This really sucks cause now I am afraid to order again. And your return policy sucks cause you have to pay shipping to send them back. Signed a very dissatisfied customer

I have ordered several swimsuits over time. But today was very frustrating. I had a hard time understanding the person taking my order. I asked for someone who speaks better English she said she would speak slower. I hope I get my order right. Also very pushy on trying new products. I kept saying I just want to order one swimsuit. She was nice.

Uncomfortable. The bottoms are at an awkward length. I have a short torso and the top of the bottoms sat right on top of my belly button so they weren't high enough or short enough on my waist. The top looked good, but was extremely uncomfortable because of the large wires on the sides.

Their bathing suits are so nice! Their coverups are so nice! Their rewards program is horrible! Their return policy is horrible! They charged me on my credit card an additional $40 on 7/4/2022 and when I spoke to a customer service rep there, they said they didn’t see an order on their end. I will dispute with my credit card company. Thinking of even cancelling my card and getting another one.

I purchased three items. A one-piece swimsuit, a tank any top, and a pair of swim capris. The sale was fantastic and looked like I was saving a lot and then I hit the check out and saw that I'm being charged $22.99 for shipping these three items. There was no way to get around the shipping. I searched for coupon codes and my order total was over $130. There was no mention anywhere on the site of a free shipping threshold. So after searching all over for a way to find these same swimsuits for less and not pay the shipping, I did not find any other options and I made my purchase. With the sale prices it still felt like a good deal. Well the suits arrived and I tried them on and the tankini and the one piece had horrible fit. The swimsuits were big but the cups were small and they both rolled down in the back even though one had straps. I couldn't understand... these were the worst swimsuits I had ever tried on. I bought swimsuits from Swimsuits For All a few years ago and they all fit quite well. I had ordered four or five and had trouble deciding which ones I would return because they were all pretty cute and fit well. Not this time. So I went to return my items and the return process was not difficult online. But they charged me $10.99 for the return. So I was only keeping the $44 capris and returning the other two items. Out of an order that was $134, I was being refunded $55 after paying for the return shipping charge. Granted I could have purchased my own label but I know it would have been similar. So essentially, my net cost for the $44 capris was $80. Great deal? No. In a time when companies are offering free shipping with a certain order amount, risk-free shopping where you can purchase things and return or exchange them at no cost, Swimsuits For All is the standout by offering overpriced shipping and handling charges and, while I believe they do offer free shipping for exchanges, if you try on the suit and realize there is no way that a size alteration would work and that you don't want to take any more risks with this company, if what you want is a refund you're going to get dinged for that as well. Well I know I'm going to enjoy the heck out of my $80 capris unless they fall apart, in which case that will suck. But I know for sure that I'm never buying from this company again--at least not unless they revamp their shipping charges. I went on Amazon and found lots of very well-reviewed plus size swimsuits for cheaper than the sale prices at Swimsuits For All and with free shipping, and free returns. You can't do better than that. Don't waste your money on this website with their overblown prices, fake "sales" and exorbitant shipping charges.
