Great watch but I bought the watch on a Sunday and paid express delivery the watch didn't turn up until Thursday so I was waiting in all week.

This will be my third review for this company and also an update of how things have progressed. firstly I was contacted asking if my watch winder had the capability of both clockwise and anticlockwise. I replies that it did and would appreciate a refund for my original purchase. I was then contacted by James who informed me he was the owner of the company, he was polite and explained that their is sometimes a failure rate in the automatic movement. After a conversation James suggested that I keep the faulty watch and to accept their best seller. I asked what he would suggest and it was the complexity. Also I was offered a gift of a set of cufflinks. I was informed new stock was arriving and one would be dispatched to me. True to their word both the watch and gift appeared within 7 days. There has been follow up messages to ask if the watch had arrived and the latest message asked if I would amend/remove my previous reviews. I explained that both of these were a true account of what happened and they would remain but would update what had happened. It's nice to know that James is concerned about the review's he receives be they good or bad. Also he likes to put things right which is also brilliant. As for the watch James has assured me be there any issues to contact him directly.

This is my second review inside 2 months for this so called prestige watch company. To start on a positive note I was contacted after they viewed my review and offered a replacement watch after sending pictures for a second time. I chose a replacement and sent of the tarnished case one and true to their word a replacement arrived. Sadly this is where things took a turn for the worse. The presentation box wasn't to the same standard as the one returned. I placed it on my watch-winder only to find it kept stopping and this is a so called automatic watch. Thinking it was because the bracelet needed links removing I paid to get it to fit my wrist. Only to find yet again the watch keeps stopping. Even after manually winding the watch and placing back on the watch-winder it's still not keeping time and stops. At least the one I returned didn't stop and was kept on the same watch-winder. So yet again I have cause to give my personal opinion on this company which now trades under another company. Fortunately this is the only purchase from this company and definitely my last
