Great customer support. I ordered and made a mistake and they changed my order immediately. They were very helpful and James called me and made a second effort when he couldn't get me the first time. I would use this company again and order from them in a heartbeat.

It's been my experience that once you buy from them they pound you on a drip email system they call you they text you and no matter what you tell them and unsubscribe they pound and pound and pound I will never buy from them again I don't know what's wrong with them why wouldn't you just be happy that somebody purchased from you and then they'd repurchase why do you have to pound the phones and emails I'm going back to Patriots supply I don't recommend at all

This company is a spammer. I visited the site once via a seemingly-innocuous link from a post to an item they had for sale. I wasn't interested in purchasing and didn't make any purchases, nor did I engage with the site in any way beyond visiting. I never submitted any forms or otherwise. I immediately received an email about having visited. Cute, OK, I guess they're using a cookie from some other social media site that I use to get my email address. I guess one email isn't too bad to try and drum up business since I didn't buy anything. A few days later however, I get an email confirming my subscription to their mailing list out of the blue. I never re-visited the site, never subscribed to a mailing list, and never had any interest in doing so. Not an email asking me to confirm a subscription, no. An email confirming that my email address had been subscribed, followed later on by emails from their advertising list. If I were ever going to buy from their website - and sure, it's possible - I'm definitely not going to now. This violates all ethical guidelines with regard to mailing list management and unsolicited commercial emails. They're getting flagged as spam immediately in gmail. Beware of visiting their website, as they may well sign you up for their mailing list without your consent.
