SurveyMonkey Tracking Order Status

We pay for this platform $500 a year and send four surveys a year approx. When we asked them to allow us to use their API for a simple contact synchronization, they responded that we had to switch to an Enterprise plan, which is way more expensive. No discount offers, no negotiations. I've never seen anything like this. Weird.

Ich habe es für meine Masterarbeitsumfrage benutzt und kann nur davon schwärmen. Anfangs war es zwar ein bissel kompliziert die Umfrage zu erstellen, aber der größte Nutzen von surveymonkey stellt sich in der Analyse heraus, wenn man wirklich jede Antwort einer Frage filtern kann, um verschiedenste Szenarien zu analysieren. Ein Monat kostet 40€, damit man nicht weiter zahlt, muss man unbedingt den Regler für die automatische Zahlung ausschalten. Dann ist es kein Problem mehr.

SurveyMonkey provides an intuitive, robust survey experience that’s easy to use for the creator & survey taker. As a talent manager I’ve found it to be an invaluable tool for getting employee feedback. I love the multiple collector feature where I can send different populations the same survey and choose to combine results or view separately. Highly customizable surveys and reports. Highly recommend!

My experience was was was as good as the last one prompt when I walked in the door and very little weight or my x-ray to be done hundred percent satisfied thank you and I'll be there again

Reasonable dashboard and options. They set the pace for ease of use when they first came out, but don't seem to have stayed ahead of the rest in recent times. However the reason I marked them down is that they will not give refunds for any reason. If the platform turns out to be too tricky to use or if it won't do what you want - or if you simply change your mind, then you're on your own. If they had a better refund policy, I'd give them four stars - but their refusal to even consider refunds on merit is why I knocked then down by two. They do have (and say they have) a monthly option, but the pricing is so high, it makes no sense to even try it. Don't use them.
