surfdome Tracking Order Status

My experience with surfdome.co.uk is great… unfortunately they have gone bankrupt and been taken over by a company that doesn't offer goods like the much loved surfdome. I'm really sorry but I want to thank you for all the years I was able to shop with you. Finally, I have one thing from surfdome that needed to be returned, but luckily I didn't send it back. I kept an item of the wrong size but didn't lose any money. I think it's a robbery that BrandAlley doesn't take any responsibility for returned products... if you don't refund, don't issue return labels! Anyway… good luck to all surfdome buyers!! don't get too angry.

Fiz uma encomenda que devolvi porque as botas eram grandes. Recebi Mail de que o artigo chegou e seria efetuado o reembolso no prazo de 15 dias, espero desde o dia 18 de abril, agora a nova empresa diz que não fará qualquer reembolso. Fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem o artigo.
