This site has excellent products. I can't find anything like them elsewhere. I had no problems during the order and they delivered my coat a few days after it was ordered. I was also made aware when it was going to be delivered. No complaints from me. Won't hesitate to order again from here.

Went out of their way to be helpful even though I had bought a bag of theirs through another supplier. Replaced the bag, with next day delivery as it was a birthday gift for son going back to Uni. Didn’t charge me extra and we’re really kind and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I have never ordered from Surfanic before, I ordered a coat for my son for next day delivery and worried when they said they had dispatched it, but had heard nothing from the courier like they said we would. I sent them an email to customer services and then looked for reviews to see what their customer service was like, I panicked when I saw the negative trust pilot reviews. They were back in touch within the hour to say the jacket had already been delivered, and the name of the person who had signed for it. So absolutely no probs with customer service, but their courier could do with a kick.
