Support Plus Tracking Order Status

Don’t use this company. They advertise products that are not in stock. They go ahead and charge you. They tell you they will be getting it in stock. Then I told them to cancel the order because of that ( I ordered a wedge pillow for after surgery and two sets of socks). They took off the pillow but kept the delivery charge the same. Quite a difference between sending a wedge pillow and socks. They claimed they would adjust the mailing fee but they never did. I DO NOT recommend using this company. In my opinion they are shady. Oh and the socks are such poor quality that they developed a hole after ONE WEAR! Extremely thin and cheap material.

This company preys on the elderly with VIP subscription service. This is part of their despicable business model. I'm writing this as I am on hold and being transferred around and hung up on. My elderly mother has been paying 14.95 for many months and receiving no product or benefit. Capital One was not helpful either.

I placed an online order with Support plus with first checking the reviews, After that I placed the order I checked the reviews, But let me tell you I am very satisfied with the quickness of receiving the order and everything was correct size and colors, Yes I give them 5 Stars

I LIKE THE BIBS BUT HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING OUT THE RED COLOR ,TOOK ME THREE TIMES SOAKING THE BIBS ,SEPERATELY .
