Supply and Demand Tracking Order Status

They have no idea Ordered jacket and top, waited a week but no delivery, so contacted them by email. They responded saying it was the fault of there IT department before saying that they had no idea if the items were in stock or when they would be dispatched. Therefore I cancelled the order! After 2 weeks I had forgot about it till I got an email from Evri saying they would be delivering the items. I got straight back in touch with Supply & Demand telling them under no circumstances that I would accept the items and would return to sender if Evri showed up. Thankfully they must have cancelled with Evri as not heard anything back. Supply & demand advertise that you get the items within 3-5 days which never happens. They have no idea what they are doing, stay well clear!

I would not recommend ordering from this company, I ordered over a week ago and stated I should have recieved my parcel 3-5 days, I then emailed by day 6 to chase this up, but no response, I know have a notification from Evry that this parcel was delivered today, it hasn't I have been in all day, I was also in all day yesterday when I had a notification that it was going to be delivered yesdterday, so again another email to supply and demand to chase this up! First order and definitely will be my last!

La marca es buena, algo cara, pero como siempre, lo que se paga es eso, la marca. En cuanto a comprar la ropa, lo recomiendo mucho el comprar en tienda física, creedme, os saldrá mucho más rentable.

Very poor service from supply and demand. Ordered a full tracksuit as a birthday gift. When it arrived it was too big they provided a return or exchange slip but no free returns lable so I emailed them through their website and messaged them on facebook but after a few days still no reply. I contacted JD sports who are assosiated with s&d and got no reply so finally I found a phone number for JD spoke to a member of their team who sent a returns label out to me. By the time the return got back to supply and demand the tracksuit was out of stock a few days earlier it was still in stock. So had they responded to my numerous messages in a reasonable time frame I wouldnt have missed out. Overall very unhappy with the service provided.
