Just want to thank you for the quick shipping,knowledgeable customer service.and good product(retrofitted my pastors office from the T12 magnetic ballast to the direct wire lamps.

We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

Loved that product came so quickly. However, we expected it to be dimmable. It was not for our home workroom. The description should have stated rewiring is required as this product does not work in a non-commercial wiring facility. The dimmer required to make it dimmable is very expensive, plus the cost to rewire with a different standard not found in homes was also more then we wanted to spend. We chose to live with it as just a light without being able to dim it. I love the light it provides and love the look in the ceiling. If you sell the dimmer switch, you should refer to it in your description of light product so people know it is not your normal dimmer switch and see the price.

Superior Lighting has the best prices. The 6" retrofit canned lamps I ordered work great, were easy to install, shipped fast, and were an excellent buy. This is the second time I've ordered from Superior Lighting, and I've never had any issues. Great company!
