Superga Tracking Order Status

I visited the Kings Rd Superga in London, and since spoke to them by phone to purchase a product. I dealt both times with Giovanni, who was incredible. His knowledge of the products was fantastic, and he went out of his way to help me. Customer service like this is virtually extinct these days. Well done Giovanni. I would certainly shop here again.

The customer service at Superga is excellent. I had a problem caused entirely by the delivery service they use (Evri, to name names) which they responded to quickly and effectively to help me. This is the 2nd pair of the 2750 sneakers I've bought. I got them to replace my first pair which wore out after a lot of use. I really like the look and the comfort.

Easy ordering. Swift delivery with no VAT to Guernsey. Products are beautiful with consistent sizing, so reliable to order online if you have had Superga before, and both pairs in the sale so really good value!

One pair of shoes was impossible to keep on.. Very odd design. You also have to pay for your own returns...
