Where to even start. Their marketing is scummy they use wording tricks to make you think your getting a bigger discount then you are like get up to 60% off but make up to very small, the use fake limited time promotions to pressure you into buy as fast you can. The limited time promotions are also the same price all the time, pretty sure theres a law that makes that not legal. Then if you order you may think your are ordering ONE time but actually you just ordered a subscription unless you select order one time, then the price almost doubles! Then you say to your self, Ill just order a subscription and cancel but when you try to cancel you cant even login into your portal, then when you finally can it says you dont have any active subscriptions, so you email support and they tell you its not updated yet and when you get your order youll be able to change it. HOWEVER thats the catch they expect to to forget then the DAM thing send out another order. Then you think oh it has a 30 day guarantee, NOPE! That only for the first order! So now your stuck with a order you didnt want, they dont even do refund or returns for orders after the first one even unopened with photo proof! I understand if there was a restocking fee like any other company but no refunds is just scummy! Then you ask to speak to a manager so one else and they DONT this tells me either there isnt a manager or the managers dont care enough to talk to people. If you try to call or you happen to find their number and call they just direct you to email them. In all honesty dont even bother emailing save your time, and mind and contact your bank. Besides the *** company I see the customer service team (not including their management if they have one)doing good work they answers peoples questions, and based on others people comment and reviews their team seems to have their hands tied when it come to their policies. Hopefully this helps someone not order.

Buyer Beware!!!! If they had 0 stars this company would receive it. First off, the product is USELESS and does not work. Not that they are the first or last company to use deceptive advertising practices. Then they keep your billing information and continue to bill you even after you cancel. They state you sent it to the wrong email or there was never a request as their excuse then refuse to refund even when you return product because "we've already shipped it to you". The only way to get a refund is to file formal complaints with your state attorney general's office, consumer protection division. It took almost a year but I'm finally whole again and these clowns have stopped taking money out of my account that they were not and are not entitled to. Save yourself ALOT of time and a ton of aggravation. Just don't purchase their products.
