I have ordered items from superbiz before and they always have amazing shipping. Its probably because how close I live to San Jose but still always great prices and shipping time.

Strict shipping policies, extremely slow shipping, and an exceptionally unfriendly return policy. Look somewhere else to buy your computer parts. You might pay $10-15 more, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle.

The RMA process stinks. My MB was delivered in a timely manner but was DOA. I had to PAY my own postage to return the unit. The return process took almost exactly ONE MONTH. The product I finally received was refurbished. If I wanted a refurbished product, I would have purchased it on the secondary market for a much lower cost. The refurbished unit works fine, but I will not purchase from SuperBiiz again. The return cost me time & money. You are rolling the dice by ordering from them.
