I have used sunweb for 3 seasons now. By far the best deals available. The customer service has also been great. I cannot recommend enough. Had a slight complication this year in that I was booking for a larger group (11 people) Christine went through the process with me and kept me updated through the process. Highly recommend!

My self catering apartment in Val Thorens had no reception, so on arrival (with large case etc) had to find office of letting agency some 15 minutes walk up the hill at the top of the town, and then back again, to get key and gain access. On leaving at the end of my stay I had to return key plus used bed linen to same place - at 4.30am in heavy snow, as my transfer pickup was at 5am from the apartment building. Frankly, this was not acceptable and made for an unpleasant and stressful beginning and end to my holiday.

The organisation of the ski trip that Sunweb provided was excellent. All parts of the trip worked well. The only thing which let the experience down was the quality of the food at the hotel.
