julian was super helpful and informative when setting up my solar account. he was knowledgable, patient & displayed a great experience for me.

Dago is the rep that activated my solar panels. My appointment was for 230pm, I needed the appointment a little sooner than 230pm. Although the Solar operator said there was no open slots earlier, the installation rep, Dago, was able to squeeze me in around noon. Nice guy. All he needed was my wifi info and he had the account up and running in 30 minutes. Give Dago a raise!! Thanks again, Jason Hyslop

Meleah was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She happily answered my questions and explained to me the meter workings. Meleah is a SunPower asset! I appreciate the link she kindly sent regarding battery backup as well.

Technician Mike Leporati came out and activated the solar panels on our roof. Straight forward and efficient. Answered questions and followed up via email. Couldn’t ask for more.

Our Commissioning Technician II was Maleah. After the announced time needed for acquiring a "PERMIT TO OPERATE" (PTO) , The scheduled appointment was met on time. The service was prompt and took less time than anticipated. All questions were answered, information complete, and assistance with installing and using the SUNPOWER AP was helpful.
